If you experience any installation, activation, or technical issues, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue and ensure the product functions as described.

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued through your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, processing times may vary.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team may result in suspension of your account and access to future purchases.
